These terms govern your use of thirdpartylens.com (the "Site"), which Infinidatum LLC ("Infinidatum," "we," "us"), a Connecticut limited liability company, operates. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes Thirdline, our third-party risk management product. It is for information only and is not an offer to sell. Access to Thirdline itself is provided only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the product.
Our content and code
The Site's text, graphics, diagrams, animations, page design, and source code, and the Thirdline name and logo, belong to Infinidatum LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Site in a web browser and to share links to it. All other rights are reserved.
What you may not do
- Copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content, design, or code, except for brief quotation with attribution.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract the Site, or access it with bots, headless browsers, or other automated means, except search engines that follow our robots.txt.
- Frame or mirror the Site, or present its content as your own.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the logic of the Site's interactive features.
- Probe, scan, or test the Site's security, or interfere with its operation.
- Misrepresent your identity or user agent to get around these limits.
Reservation of rights against data mining and AI training
We expressly reserve all rights to use the Site's content for text and data mining, scraping, dataset or corpus building, and the training, fine-tuning, grounding, or evaluation of any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. You may not do any of those things without our written permission. This reservation is made, among other purposes, under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. Our robots.txt names the automated agents we permit; ignoring it does not grant permission.
Examples are illustrative
Vendors, scores, portfolios, and figures shown on the Site are fictional examples that illustrate how Thirdline works. Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory, financial, or risk-management advice, and it is no substitute for your own judgment or your regulators' requirements.

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Infinidatum LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the update.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information from the Site.
