Legal
Privacy policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information Infinidatum LLC ("Infinidatum," "we," "us") collects when you visit thirdpartylens.com (the "Site") or contact us about Thirdline, and what we do with it. Infinidatum LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company and operates Thirdline.
This policy covers the Site and our correspondence with you. Customer data inside the Thirdline application is handled under the agreement we sign with each customer, not under this policy.
What we collect
When you visit the Site
The Site has no sign-up forms and no advertising. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and sections people read, so we can improve the Site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that hold a random identifier for up to two years. It records the pages you view, the links you click (such as a demo-request link), your approximate location (city level, derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), your browser and device type, and the referring page. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, so this data is not used for advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Site does not load Google Analytics at all. You can also block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider that records standard request logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the time. These logs are used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and stop abuse, and are kept for a limited period set by the provider.
When you email us
If you write to us, for example to request a demo, we receive your name, email address, the contents of your message, and anything you choose to share about your organization. We use this to reply, arrange and run a walkthrough, and follow up about Thirdline. We may record your contact details and our conversation in the email and customer-relationship tools we use to run the business.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
- We do not track you across other websites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it by not loading analytics on the Site.
- We do not use information from the Site or your emails to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and the business, such as our hosting, analytics (Google), and email providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship it relates to, and then delete it unless we must keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Hosting logs are kept only for the provider's standard retention period.
Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS, with a strict content security policy, and our systems use access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including Connecticut and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have further rights, such as the right to a copy of your data or to appeal a decision we make about your request. To make a request, email support@infinidatum.net. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will say so on the Site before it takes effect.
